Recommendations

  • Even though the project achieved the seated three main objectives, to find out results  at branch level  integrated follow up and evaluation is needed for the coming project periods
  • In the meeting we have got messages as Developmental Bible project is the image to EOTC especially for DICAC.  Therefore, group discussion among UNFPA and EOTC- DICAC officials is a  very good way for future directions of the project
  • Incorporate innovative systems in next project phase is very essential to achieve the developmental Bible goals
  • Most of project activities are at branch level and budget transfer to branches is very needed. To control the transferred budget finance person per branch is needed. We can cover it by Dioceses accountant. But we have to release incentive to motivate them. Therefore, considering the gaps at grass roots like transportation cost and incentive for finance body at grass root level is much needed.
