The highest Governance body in EOC-DICAC is the general Assembly which strategically leads and governs the operation of the commission. It strategically oversees the commission as well as the board’s activities. The general assembly meets twice per year and hears the commission’s Audit report and financial and activity report annually in October.
The board having 7 highly influential professionals and well-known people strategically led the organization's strategic initiatives. The general assembly and the board assigned Arch Bishop and the Commissioner as CEO and Deputy CEO respectively. These senior executives manage the day-to-day operations of the commission. They are technically and strategically supported by the board.
