EOTC-DICAC Provides Digital Learning Support to Sebeta Nunnery Students.

The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church Development and Inter‑Church Aid Commission (EOTC-DICAC) has extended important support to the Sebeta Getesemani Nunnery, providing ten desktop computers and scholastic materials to support its students.
According to Archbishop Abun Samuel, the donation aims to equip students with digital skills, enabling them to engage with the rapidly digitizing world. The computers are expected to give students access to computer-based learning and exposure to digital technologies, preparing them for modern educational and professional environments.

Consultative Dialogue on Climate Action

The two-day Consultative Dialogue on Climate Action ended successfully on November 26, 2025, bringing together professionals from various sectors to collaborate and share insights on best practices in climate action, care for nature, and embedding climate justice in NAPs.
The event started on November 25 with the opening remarks, EOTC DICAC, planning head of department, underlined that the topic of climate change required collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Training Manual on Climate Change

Wondo Grnet College of Forestry and Natural Resources, in collaboration with the EOTC DICAC has officially launched a comprehensive training manual focused on Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation. This initiative aims to equip local experts and smallholder farmers with essential knowledge and skills to combat the challenges posed by climate change.

EOC–DICAC continues to play a vital role in improving the lives of urban refugees and vulnerable host communities in Addis Ababa.

Hilton Foundation, has strengthened protection services on Early Childhood Development (ECD) in Yeka Abado Woreda 14, Lemi Kura Subcity of Addis Ababa.

Strengthens Efforts to End FGM and Child Marriage in Amhara Region

A joint field monitoring visit was conducted in Angolola and Tera Woreda (Kotu Kebele), Baqelo Primary School, and Debre Birhan IDP Camp (China Camp).
As part of the national initiative the monitoring visit focuses on ending Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and child marriage.
