The Ethiopian Orthodox Church Development and Inter-Church Aid Commission (EOC-DICAC) successfully conducted a four-day capacity-building training aimed at strengthening the knowledge and skills of finance, human resources, and administrative staff in the use of the ARS2M-ERP System.
The training covered key operational areas, including Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Fixed Asset Management, Finance and Accounting Management, and Payroll and Human Resource Management.
Participants included finance and HR staff from the head office as well as coordination office personnel. The training focused on modernizing organizational operations to automate and standardize the Commission's working procedures, improving efficiency, enhancing transparency, and strengthening staff capacity.
The initiative is part of EOC-DICAC's ongoing commitment to institutional capacity development and digital transformation. Through this training, participants gained practical knowledge and skills that will contribute to improved financial management, effective resource utilization, and better service delivery across the organization.
