Human Rights Day Celebrated in Addis Ababa
On December 18, 2025, EOTC-DICAC/RRAD, through the Mignote Project, in partnership with the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC), commemorated Human Rights Day with refugees and host communities in Addis Ababa.
The event highlighted refugee rights, access to basic services, GBV prevention, digital safety, and the right to work, while promoting social cohesion through dialogue and cultural exchange.
With Ethiopia hosting over 1.1 million refugees, the celebration reaffirmed the importance of partnership and inclusive, rights-based approaches.
